Q: How much will it cost?
A: Every project is different so I talk with you, we figure out what you want to accomplish and I prepare an estimate. This gives us a plan to follow, a point of agreement and no surprises along the way. The estimate is usually a cap, the maximum your project will be and will not exceed the agreed upon estimate. In some instances, my clients prefer to do a monthly fee for ongoing services.

Q: How long will it take?
A: Again, every project is different and we can discuss your deadlines and completion dates during the initial estimate phase. This is often a great initial question since you may have an upcoming tradeshow, meeting or product launch.

Q: Can I manage my web site after it's built?
A: Yes, this makes sense if you have a smaller web site that is mostly HTML. I can help you get the right software to manage your site, explain best practices and client training.
